This website is intended for registered (paid) Memorial Assistant users only. This software is no longer for sale to new clients.

Product support and custom reports for existing users will continue to be available for the foreseeable future. There won't be any future program enhancements, and bug fixes will be minimal.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Click the appropriate "Download" button to download the software installation file. If you're not sure which file to use, download the 64-bit version. If that version won't install, download the 32-bit version.
  2. When prompted, either:
    • Run the file, or
    • Save it on your desktop or someplace else where you can find it, and then open it.
  3. Follow the instructions to install. The installation process may download additional files. You will receive all the necessary instructions during the installation process.
  4. The first time you start Memorial Assistant, it may add some new components to the database. If you are using multiple copies of Memorial Assistant, it is best if only one copy of Memorial Assistant is open until this process is completed.

Supported operating systems: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 R2.

Microsoft Access version required: 2016 or later. If a compatible version of Microsoft Access is not already installed on your computer, the Memorial Assistant installation process will install a free runtime version.
